Practicing the Pause
As a therapist, I strive to model the same boundaries and balance I encourage in my clients. All emails and phone calls are scheduled and completed during designated work hours to protect space for rest and reflection outside of work.
Client Session Hours
Sessions are available Monday to Friday during set morning, afternoon, and evening time slots. I do my best to offer flexibility within those hours, while also maintaining a steady rhythm that supports meaningful and consistent therapeutic work.
