Specialized Support
Therapy for Teens, Young Adults, and Athletes

Teens & Young Adults
I provide psychotherapy for individuals aged 13 and older, with a focus on the key developmental stages of adolescence, emerging adulthood, and early adulthood. Each stage brings its own set of challenges - whether it's adjusting to new independence or navigating changes in school, work, or relationships. My role is to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can reflect, grow, and move through these transitions with greater clarity and self-awareness. I help clients work through perfectionism, people pleasing, and chronic self-criticism, while strengthening their sense of self both in and beyond their sport or stage of life.

Psychotherapy for Athletes
I offer psychotherapy for athletes aged 13 and up. Therapy provides a confidential space for athletes to explore patterns such as anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt or fear of failure, which can quietly affect confidence and performance over time.
This is different from mental performance coaching. Rather than focusing on performance or coping strategies alone, psychotherapy addresses the underlying psychological processes that drive these struggles. My approach is shaped by both clinical training and lived experience as a former NCAA Division I athlete.
About Me
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Before becoming a therapist, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ball State University in Indiana, where I competed as an NCAA Division I soccer player.
Whether you're a parent seeking the right support for your teen or a young adult navigating university, early career transitions, or the pressure to always perform, this is a space to pause, reflect, and grow.
